The venue has 15 chalets and two self catering guest houses, that are unique in their design and construction and can accommodate up to 84 guests. They resemble Traditional mud huts and are eco - friendly.

ShonaLanga borders on the banks of the Hennops river, 20km's past the Fourways Mall on the R551. ShonaLanga boasts 170 hectares of beautiful landscaped gardens and water features that play host to an exotic variety of fauna and flora.

The buildings are constructed from the local rock with thatch roofing, and have been designed in such a way as to blend into the vast gardens. The buildings overlook a large dam where many different species of bird life can be spotted whilst you sip on a gin & tonic and watch the sun set over the hills.

Nt’ Shonalanga Valley is an up-market, wedding and banquetting venue, situated on a 170-hectare plot of beautiful highveld terrain, along the tranquil banks of the Hennops River, a mere 20 minutes from Sandton & Pretoria.

We are well equipped with a large auditorium, conference rooms and a magnificent thatched Valley Court banquet hall, which opens onto a spacious verandah overlooking the dam with cascading terraces, a perfect spot to sip cocktails in the early evening. Our gardens make for a lovely outdoor ceremony set under willow trees against the waterfall or make use of our smaller thatch boma & other scenic venues.
