This sprawling home boasts an entrance hall and lounge area with rich antique Rhodesian Teak wooden floors, and an all-round view through large sliding windows. The den / second living area has an unobstructed view and sliding door opening up to a secluded patio and pool.

The three spacious bedrooms each have a door leading to its own outside private area. The master bedroom suite has writing table and lounge area. Two bedrooms (queen size beds in each) are very large with a seating area which could be rearranged to add two more single beds each.

The cottage:  A separate air conditioned fully furnished cottage on the property has one large bedroom, a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom which can also be used as offices, or for entertainment. The bedroom is currently suiable for two with a queen sized bed, but has ample room for two more single beds.

 Good security features, remote alarm system and electronic gate with intercom system at entrance.

 Parking for two vehicles is ideal, but enough space is available for four vehicles.

 DSTV and wifi internet connection is included.

 Supplies: Teasoons to toilet paper, bath towels, Dove soap bars laundry detergent and fabric softener. Sheets and down feather comforters, coffee maker to cutting knives. Its all here; you just need to bring your clothes.

The Location:  Located in Clubview, Centurion, Pretoria, in a quite well established residential neighborhood close to freeways, shopping centers and Centurion Mall.

Availability: The main house and /or cottage are available together or separately on a weekly or monthly basis.

Golf (3 courses nearby), driving range, tennis, cricket grounds, shopping, hospitals all just a few minutes away, about 15 minutes to Pretria CBD and about 30 minutes to Johannesburg.
